The club arranges the certificate courses, training and competitions approved by AOl international, ADR-ODR International, from 2018. The training programs range from Mediation, Arbitration and Negotiation programs, all of which are internationally recognised. The Mediation Training is a 5 day long course that includes theoretical and practical lessons on how to become an Accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator. This course gives students an insight on how to resolve civil and commercial issues between the disputing parties aiming to reach a settlement. The arbitration course is a three-tier course, each of which is a three day long course, aiding students walk into the path of becoming an International Arbitrator. This course is offered online, so that the students can participate from the comfort of their homes. The negotiation course is also a short course that gives students a chance to hone their skills and help parties reach a reasonable solution. Each of these programs can be completed individually, however completion of all of these programs will make you a Digital Dispute Resolution Specialist. One day certification courses are also offered to interested candidates so that they can understand the basics of the courses and decide whether they want to pursue the longer courses. Students are highly encouraged to register for at least one of the courses as these courses are internationally recognised and add great value to the CV.
