To celebrate World Mental Health Day, LONDON COLLEGE OF LEGAL STUDIES SOUTH (LCLS SOUTH), in collaboration with Mindspace, a mental wellbeing organisation founded by one of our final year students of our Recognised Teaching Centre, organised a creative art-based therapeutic workshop.
The session was facilitated by a counsellor from Mindspace, who guided students on how art can be used as a tool for emotional expression and healing. Participants were encouraged to explore their emotions through creativity and to embrace the power of self-expression as a form of mindfulness.
Tahsin Noor Salim, UoL Wellbeing Lead and Academic Guidance Counsellor at London College of Legal Studies (South) shared: “Through art and words, healing can begin, this workshop reminded us that expression is not just creative it’s deeply therapeutic.
